Are You Doing ALL the Things?

Are you finding yourself doing all the things at home? And at work? Like…ALL of them?

If so, you're not alone. I talk to women all the time who are carrying more than their fair share. They’re the go-to person at the office, the glue at home, the one holding everything together—even when they are barely holding on.

And here's the kicker: most of them aren’t asking for help.

Why? Because they’re used to being the strong one. The competent one. The one who can handle anything—even cancer. Especially cancer.

But here’s the truth: being capable doesn’t mean you should do everything. And needing support doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human.

I get it. You’ve been through so much already. You’ve juggled treatments, work deadlines, family obligations—and maybe you told yourself, “I just need to get through this.” But now the dust has settled and somehow...you're still doing it all.

Here’s the thing: your healing matters too. Not just the physical kind, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing that comes from not living in constant overdrive.

So I’m going to ask you something bold: What can you hand off? What would happen if you let someone help you with dinner, or with that project at work, or with the emotional weight you've been carrying solo?

What if you gave yourself permission to not be Superwoman?

Because doing all the things might be what got you here—but it’s not what’s going to help you thrive moving forward.

Let this be your invitation to stop, breathe, and ask: What do I need right now?

And then—this part is key—go get it. You’re allowed.
