You think you’ll feel better when it’s over. When the scans are clear. When treatment ends. When your hair starts growing back or you ring that bell.
You expect to feel relief. You think you’ll want to celebrate.
And maybe, for a moment, you do.
But then the real surprise hits. You don’t bounce back the way you thought you would. The fear doesn’t go away. The exhaustion lingers. And worst of all, the people around you seem to think you’re fine now—maybe even "back to normal."
Only… you’re not.
Everyone around you thinks the worst is over. They’re ready to move on, especially if you look “normal” now. But your body still aches. Your energy is unpredictable. Your emotions are a rollercoaster. And your thoughts? Racing, scattered, and heavy with fear of the future. And your memory? You don’t even want to go there.
You want to feel happy, but you mostly feel lost. Disconnected from your old self. Disoriented about what comes next. Unsure how to live in a world that kept turning while you were busy surviving.
You’re not the same person you were before you found out you had cancer. Yet, everyone—including you—expected things would go back to “normal” after you finished treatment.
Here’s the problem: you don’t even know what “normal” means anymore.
Nobody tells you about this part. The grief that comes after survival. The identity crisis no one warns you about. The blank page of “what now?” when your old life doesn’t quite fit—but the new one hasn’t taken shape yet either.
This is where so many women get stuck. Not because they’re doing it wrong. But because they haven’t realized that the reason life hasn’t gone back to normal… is that it can’t. At least not the old normal. Because you’re not the same woman you were before cancer.
That’s why I created “You’re Done with Treatment. Now What? Stepping Into Your New Normal.”
This workshop is for women just like you. It’s designed to give this invisible season the attention and support it deserves—and to help you reclaim your voice, your values, and your vision of what life gets to look like now.
If you’re caught between who you were and who you’re becoming… you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
