"Question everything."

It sounds simple, even obvious. But for the woman who’s gone through cancer—who’s been forced to reevaluate everything from her priorities to her pantry—it hits differently. 

This isn’t just a trendy philosophical mantra. It’s a survival skill. A roadmap to reclaiming your life.

Because here’s the truth no one tells you: 

Cancer doesn’t just disrupt your body. It hijacks your beliefs. 

About health. About work. About what it means to be strong. You may have been the high-functioning professional who never slowed down, who kept everyone else afloat. But then came the diagnosis. The treatments. The aftershocks – the physical side effects, the identity crisis,the emotional burnout - the physical and emotional exhaustion.

And now? Now it’s time to question everything.

Is pushing through the exhaustion still the badge of honor you want to wear?

Does “doing it all” still feel like a flex, or just a recipe for burnout?
